Find a Recruiter has been developed by recruiters, for recruiters. We set out to create a new and efficient way to find the right recruiter through a three-sided digital marketplace for recruiters, employers and job seekers. 

Our journey started as business owners and recruitment consultants working in niche agencies. This experience helps us understand the importance of building long-term and successful connections between recruiters, employers and job seekers.

We looked at what is already available in the market and set our mission to be better. We talked to recruiters, employers and job seekers to ask how we can best help them.

And here we are – Find a Recruiter – a three-sided digital marketplace for recruiters, employers and job seekers in Australia and New Zealand.  Our subscription based model (more about that late 2023) provides services for recruitment agencies and consultants. Employers and job seekers have access to a suite of services at no cost.

Once registered, recruiters create their personalised profile and are ready to receive quote requests from employers, be contacted by job seekers for work or career advice as well as having the ability to search and find consultants (agency plans only) for contract work or employment.  

If you’re employed, freelance or a sole trader recruitment consultant and want to be found by employers and job seekers, win new business, build your network and have the additional benefit of being found by recruitment agencies for work or employment, there’s a plan for you. 

Employers in Australia and New Zealand can search recruiter profiles and issue quote invitations for any job, at any time, and from anywhere. Utilising advanced search filters (such as specialisation, location, service type and more) employers can match with the agencies and consultants they need. In just a few simple steps, employers can create a private quote request, invite recruiters to quote on their next hire, and enjoy an efficient start to their recruitment process

Job seekers are able to search and find matching specialist recruiters, send a CV, or simply reach out for career advice and assistance to find their next job.

Our commitment to you as a recruiter:

• We won’t charge you commissions for the work you win through Find a Recruiter – you do the work managing the employer and candidates through to a placement – so it’s only fair you keep 100% of the fees.   
• When you win a role through Find a Recruiter, you negotiate the placement fee and you control the invoicing process 100%. Find a Recruiter has no involvement at all in the way you invoice, the amount you invoice, your terms of business, or your collection policies. 
• It’s never about your fees. Our commitment to all recruiters is we will never promote placement fees as being the determining factor when an employer or hiring manager considers you for their next hire, nor will we promote the savings on recruitment fees which we believe encourages recruitment agencies to discount fees to win work.
• If you’re a recruitment agency or consultant, you can use the platform for free during early access.
