Whether you’re an Individual Recruiter or an Recruitment Agency, Find A Recruiter has a plan for you.

Individual Plans are single user plans designed for Recruitment Consultants who may be employed and working for an Agency (PAYG), freelance or working as contractors where you want to be found by Employers and Job Seekers, win new business, build your network and be found (open to work) by Recruitment Agencies for work or employment.

Agency Plans are single user and/or multi user plans designed for Recruitment Consultants who own or work for an Agency and want to add extra seats (users), want the ability to find, connect, share quotes, employ or contract Individual Recruiters. Agency Plans include an added Business Profile to double your search result visibility and be found by Job Seekers This is a great option even if you only have one user, but want the extra benefits included in the Agency Plan.

You can manage your subscription and billing through your dashboard once logged in to Find A Recruiter, subject always to our Terms of Use policies. 

If a Recruiter changes their Subscription Plan, the new plan and new billing period will be based upon the date we receive payment of the new Subscription Fee.

If the Recruiter upgrades their Subscription Plan, it will result in a new billing date effective upon the date of payment of the additional fees.

If a Recruiter downgrades their Subscription Plan, Find A Recruiter will not refund for the Subscription Fee already paid; instead the current Subscription Plan will continue to the end of the current billing period, and will not renew afterwards. Upon expiration, the downgraded Subscription Plan will commence.

Australia
Here’s the small print first – Claiming a tax deduction depends on a number of factors and you should always discuss these with your Financial Advisor.

We also wanted to know the answer to this question, so we asked the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) whether online subscriptions such as Find A Recruiter would be deductible (for businesses, sole traders and individuals).

The ATO advised that for businesses and sole traders you can generally claim an immediate tax deduction for most expenses you incur, as long as:

1. the expense relates directly to earning your business’s assessable income;
2. you only claim the business-use portion of an expense that’s for a mix of business and private use;
3. you have records to substantiate your claims.

For individual taxpayers, annual subscriptions such as Find A Recruiter costing more than $300 should be immediately deductible so long as the nexus to the individual’s income is established. To claim a deduction for a work-related expenses, an individual taxpayer must meet the 3 golden rules:

1. You must have spent the money yourself and weren’t reimbursed;
2. The expenses must directly relate to earning your income;
3. You must have a record to prove it (usually a receipt).

The main thing you generally need to consider is that you must be employed during the period the subscription expense was incurred and there is sufficient connection between the expense and your current employment.

New Zealand
We also wanted to know the answer to this question, so we asked the Inland Revenue New Zealand (IRNZ) whether online subscriptions such as Find A Recruiter would be deductible (for businesses, sole traders and individuals).

For businesses, deductions are available for expenditure incurred in deriving assessable or excluded income (other than employment income) incurred in the course of carrying on a business. Using an accountant / bookkeeper, or accounting software can help you do your annual return correctly and claim the right expenses. Generally, no deduction is allowed for expenditure incurred in deriving individual employment income.

Recruiters can cancel their Subscription at any time, subject always to our Terms of Use policies. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period depending on the Plan.

The Subscription Fee is strictly non-refundable and will not be prorated for any reason unless we determine otherwise at our sole discretion. This clause applies even if we cancel a Subscription Plan.

Recruiters may change a Subscription Plan at any time.
